Refund policy

EXCHANGES

  • We offer exchanges only in case of damaged or defective items, or if there’s a sizing issue.
  • To request an exchange, email us at [helpfuturechaos@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • After confirmation, we’ll arrange a pickup (where available) or ask you to ship the item to us.
  • Ensure the product is packed safely to avoid damage in transit.
  • Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll ship a replacement within 5 to 7 days.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.


REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS 

We do not offer refunds or cancellations.
However, if your return is accepted, the amount will be issued as store credit usable on future purchases.
